My approach goes beyond just guiding you through exercises—I take the time to explain why certain movements are selected for you. NUTRITION

Nutrition plays a huge role in how someone looks and feels. Even the best exercise routine will see mediocre results if nutrition is not also addressed in your training.  Depending on your goals, nutrition guidelines and suggestions and possible food logging will be included in your program.  Every person is different, a strict cutting of calories often does not work if the body's basic needs are not being met. Age and different life events will also impact your nutrition guidelines. I have had experience personally experimenting with the following diets
