II help people get stronger, move better, and train without pain through personalized, intentional coaching.

I’ve been in the fitness world for over a decade, working with everyone from beginners to experienced lifters, people dealing with injuries, and adults who want to stay strong as they age.

My approach is different from most trainers. I don’t just give you exercises. I coach how you move. The way you stand, walk, squat, and train all matter. When those improve, your strength improves and your pain often decreases.

I’ve competed in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, Jiu Jitsu and spent years studying movement, recovery, and performance. I’ve also worked with other trainers and clients in a teaching role, which helped me refine how I communicate and individualize programs.

Before all of that, I spent time living and working on a farm in California, where I learned the importance of daily habits, nutrition, and consistency. That experience still shapes how I coach today.

Now I split my time between training clients at Lifetime and working out of my private studio in Northport, where I focus on a more personalized, one-on-one experience.

Most of the people I work with are not trying to become elite athletes. They want to feel better, get stronger, and trust their body again. Many come in dealing with pain, stiffness, or frustration from not knowing what to do next.
